About the job
Your tasks: You welcome guests personally and take care of their needs attentively and professionally. You organise restaurant reservations, activities, excursions, ski and golf arrangements, transfers and other individual wishes, support arrivals and departures, coordinate luggage assistance with the valet team and accompany guests to their room when needed. You process reservations, guest data, emails and enquiries carefully, get to know Andermatt and the region better and better and maintain contact with local partners. In doing so you uphold Forbes Five-Star and Leading Hotels of the World standards.
What you bring: Experience in upscale hospitality is an advantage. You speak very good German and English, more languages are a plus. You are a natural host with strong service orientation, organised, solution-oriented, discreet and reliable, and confident with IT. Experience with Opera is an advantage.
What The Chedi Andermatt offers you: A workplace in a region with a high quality of life, discounts in the Andermatt region, attractive overnight rates in Swiss Deluxe Hotels and Orascom Hotels, 50 percent off in the F&B outlets and family-and-friends rates.

Still missing your insurance?
In Switzerland you must take out Swiss health insurance within three months. You still need cover for the journey and the first weeks before that, because German public insurance often pays only part of the costs there and never a transport home.
