About the job
Your tasks: In the evening you run your own station with about 20 to 30 guests, serve half board or à la carte, partly cover breakfast service from 7:30 am and handle wine service. You set the tables, do the mise en place in the office and at the stations, clean the restaurant and office and may stand in for the Chef de Bar.
What you bring: You have completed training as a restaurant or hotel professional, enjoy the job and contact with guests, and are helpful, collegial and a good team player. You are neat and well presented, think economically and sustainably, and are reliable, resilient and quick to learn.
