About the job
Your tasks: You look after and serve guests in the restaurant and event area, serve drinks and food and actively sell. You know the food and drinks menus and daily specials, lay tables, do the mise en place, handle bookings and billing and keep to legal and HACCP requirements as well as cleanliness and equipment care.
What you bring: You have completed vocational training in the industry or comparable experience. You present yourself well, stay calm under stress and are flexible, a team player and service-minded. You have German in speech and writing, and foreign languages are a plus.
What Stift St. Georgen am Längsee offers: A full-time position with 40 hours in a 5-day week, schedule by arrangement, including weekend and holiday shifts, as a seasonal or long-term job. Pay is in line with the market and depends on qualifications and experience; the ad names no amount. Staff quarters and staff meals are included. You get free entry to the Stiftsbad and a good working atmosphere. The house closes from Christmas to mid-January.
About the venue: The abbey hotel has 63 rooms, a restaurant with sun terrace, a banquet hall, 12 seminar rooms and its own bakery.
