About the job
Your tasks: You welcome and look after guests in the service area, explain the food and wine menus and give recommendations. You take orders and pass them to kitchen and bar, serve food and drinks to the house standards, handle complaints and special requests, guide commis and service staff and prepare bills and run the till.
What you bring: Training in gastronomy is an advantage, as is service experience, ideally in upscale restaurants or hotels. You are hospitable and well presented, know products and drinks including allergens and resolve conflicts with confidence. You speak fluent German and English.
What TOP Hotel Hochgurgl offers: A full-time seasonal contract for the 2026/27 winter season, 6 days a week with 48 hours. Pay follows the collective agreement with time recording and overtime compensation plus proportional 13th and 14th salaries; the ad names no amount. Board and lodging are provided. On top come a staff sauna, gym, discounts on ski passes and ski rental, a common room and the chance to work in a partner hotel in summer.
