About the job
Your tasks: You run a service station on your own responsibility, from welcoming to saying goodbye to guests. You take orders, advise, serve, take payments and settle your station. Mise en place and preparation and follow-up are part of it, and you support the team across the whole restaurant and keep to quality and service standards.
What you bring: You have training in hotels or hospitality or several years of service experience, ideally as chef de rang. You bring a host's mindset, team spirit and resilience and work independently. Very good German or alternatively very good English is required, a driving licence B is an advantage.
What Brixner Stadl offers: A full-time position in the 2026/27 winter season in a 6-day week, covering lunch to evening service. Pay depends on qualifications and experience, with overpayment in prospect; the ad names no amount. You eat free on working days. Staff accommodation is available for a small contribution, either in the Brixner Stadl or about 15 to 20 minutes on foot, with free Wi-Fi, laundry and cooking facilities in the apartment or shared kitchen. You work in a family-style team with varied days.
About the venue: Brixner Stadl is a restaurant with après-ski right at the base station in Brixen im Thale.
