About the job
Your tasks: You run a kitchen station such as fish, meat, sauces or pastry, prepare and plate dishes to the head chef's standards, keep hygiene and quality high, help with stock and guide commis chefs and apprentices.
What you bring: You have at least two years as chef de partie in fine dining, ideally in luxury hotels or starred restaurants, culinary training and the right to work in Italy.
What Le Graal Cortina offers: If you are not from the area, you live in a new staff house with mountain views, with laundry facilities and a shuttle to the hotel. A staff chef cooks for the team, also on days off. On top come a health fund, uniforms with free cleaning and training.
About the business: Le Graal Cortina is the new hotel of the Italian brand Le Graal Collection and a member of The Leading Hotels of the World. It opens this winter in Cortina d'Ampezzo. You are employed directly by the hotel under the Italian tourism collective agreement.
