About the job
Your tasks: You keep your assigned rooms clean and in perfect order according to the hotel's standards and check furnishings and fittings along the way. You stock rooms and bathrooms with the required products, charge the minibar and refill it. You report damage for maintenance orders and record incidents. You also inspect and clean vacant rooms and hand found items to the housekeeper. Your floor's corridor and service office are part of your area too. By knowing guests' preferences and names, you add a personal touch.
What you bring: You have at least compulsory school education and two to three years of housekeeping experience, ideally in 5-star or luxury hotels. A housekeeping supervisor course or experience with luxury hotel brands is an advantage. Basic English (A1) is a plus.
