About the job
Your tasks: You organise shifts and hours and report them to HR, support holiday planning, track seasonal staffing needs and keep the training calendar with records for occupational safety, machinery and plant protection. You run orders for plants, tools, uniforms and protective gear through purchasing, keep inventory lists and prepare figures on hours, staff costs and purchases. You are the link between the garden team, the landscape designer, HR, purchasing and accounting.
What you bring: Training in administration, management or similar and administrative experience, ideally in a hotel, an operational department, purchasing or warehousing. You use Excel and management tools daily, know staff planning, inventory and purchasing, and work accurately, communicatively and independently.
