About the job
Your tasks: You clean guest rooms and public areas such as restaurant, bar, wellness, reception and restrooms. In the evening you turn down the beds, check the rooms and do mise en place. You work in the in-house laundry and keep to hygiene and quality standards.
What you bring: Experience in housekeeping, ideally in upscale hotels, is desirable. You have a strong sense of quality, a polite and well-groomed manner and good German and English. You are resilient, flexible and work independently.
What Burg Vital Resort offers: A permanent full-time position in a 6-day week from the 2026/27 winter season, with performance-based pay and willingness to pay above scale; no amount is given in the ad. Holiday and Christmas pay are included. Accommodation is free, within 5 minutes' walk, with bath or shower, WC, TV and Wi-Fi, and you get three meals a day, seven days a week, in the staff canteen. You also enjoy 20 percent off spa and hairdresser, friends-and-family rates, a gym, ski-in/ski-out, uniform cleaning, a laundry room and the Lech/Zürs team card.
About the hotel: Burg Vital Resort is a family-run 5-star superior house in car-free Oberlech with Michelin stars and a 3,800 sqm spa.
