About the job
Your tasks: You supervise and coordinate the daily work of the room attendants and ensure quality standards. You inspect rooms, common and service areas, distribute tasks, follow the daily work plans, monitor linen, amenities and cleaning supplies and restock. You report faults, handle lost property, assist the executive housekeeper with planning, train new staff and cover for the executive housekeeper during absences.
What you bring: You have experience as assistant housekeeper, housekeeper or in a supervisory role in hotel housekeeping, leadership skills, organisation, decisiveness, attention to detail and knowledge of hotel operations and cleaning standards.
