About the job
Your tasks: You stand in for the general manager, help set goals and budgets and control deviations. You watch guest satisfaction and handle serious complaints, support CAPEX management with the owner, pricing and discounts, oversee maintenance and operating standards, look after VIP guests, take part in audits and coordinate department goals, daily meetings and team training and onboarding.
What you bring: You have a degree in tourism, business or economics or similar (a renowned hotel school is a plus) and at least four years in the role, ideally in 5-star and luxury settings. English at C1, hotel management software and Office skills. Other languages are welcome.
