About the job
Your tasks: You look after the horses' health, welfare and feeding, work with the vet and farrier and take care of stables, pastures, fences and riding areas. You schedule guides and stable staff, match horses to guests, keep the trails in shape and help train young horses.
What you bring: You have plenty of hands-on horse experience, know stable and herd management and enjoy leading a team. Good English is needed and you are happy to learn Romanian. You also need a category B licence with BE for the trailer and an interest in conservation.
What Equus Silvania offers: You get your own room in a new cabin with a shared bathroom and living room, and in the season meals at the guest house, mostly organic. The salary is 6,500 to 7,900 RON a month and negotiable. The job is full-time and living on site is part of it. Couples can apply together with the location manager role and get their own apartment.
