Your tasks: You lead the kitchen team together with the executive chef, look after supplies and purchasing, plan menus and cost dishes and make sure presentation stays consistent.
What you bring: You know Greek cuisine and current trends, have a culinary qualification and experience in a professional kitchen or a lead role. You master cooking techniques and HACCP, lead a team under pressure and are creative and reliable.
