About the job
Your tasks: You work in the bar, restaurant, pizzeria and on the outdoor terraces, serve food and drinks and act as the link between guests, management and the team. You work with the Duty Manager and Head Servers, sometimes cover morning shifts and train newcomers.
What you bring: You have at least three years of experience in food and beverage service or bar work, which the employer checks through references. You speak fluent English and can make basic cocktails and coffee drinks. You know your wine, beer and spirits and stay calm and organised. A second language is a plus. The ad requires an EU passport or a valid work permit.
What The Waterfront offers: You earn 2,600 to 2,773 euros per month. High-quality staff accommodation is a five-minute walk away. On top come a food allowance, meals on duty, a membership for the gym, pool and sauna, help with relocation and extra holiday after twelve months. The job is full-time on a two-year contract, and you work evenings and weekends. The house closes for five weeks in January, with a payment plan to bridge it.
