About the job
Your tasks: You coordinate front office shifts and lead a team of seven, handle check-in, check-out and cash, deal with complaints and special requests and train new colleagues.
What you bring: You have two to three years at the front desk of a four or five star hotel, know PMS systems (ideally Opera Cloud), speak fluent English and have your own car. Leadership experience is a plus.
What Pieve Aldina offers: If you are not local, you get staff accommodation in the centre of Radda in Chianti, about 5 km from the hotel. You earn 2,100 to 2,300 € gross a month for 40 hours with two days off a week, plus a target bonus in July and August.
About the business: Pieve Aldina is a five star Relais & Châteaux property in the countryside near Radda in Chianti, home of the restaurant Le Rondini. There is no public transport, so you need your own car.
