About the job

Your tasks: You welcome guests, handle check-in, check-out, bookings and payments, coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and concierge, deal with requests and complaints and recommend resort services and island activities.

What you bring: Hospitality training and front desk experience in boutique or luxury hotels are welcome. You speak excellent English, are ready for shift work and know hotel software such as Ericsoft or SimpleBooking.

What Capofaro Locanda & Malvasia offers: You get board and lodging from the resort and a fixed term seasonal contract for 2027. Pay depends on your experience.
