About the job
Your tasks: You are the guests' first and last contact: check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am, bills, bookings and payments (in Mews), questions in person, by phone and email. Reception is the hotel's nerve centre, coordinating with kitchen, restaurant and housekeeping, organising airport transfers and often giving the northern-lights alert in the evening.
What you bring: A positive, professional manner with guests, the ability to keep the overview and prioritise when it is busy, good communication and fluent English (other languages are a big advantage). Reception or customer-service experience is a plus.
