Your tasks: You handle check-in and check-out, show guests the hotel and rooms, inform them, manage and close guest accounts, invoice and take payments, work with central reservations, the floor teams and the restaurants and cover some night shifts.
What you bring: You are friendly and organised, communicate well with teams and guests, have experience in luxury hotels or a similar role, speak fluent French and English (a third language is a plus) and know Microsoft Office and the hotel software Opera.
