About the job
Your tasks: You handle check-in and check-out, close the till and card terminal, take luggage to the rooms, help with the shuttle service and cover night shifts when needed.
What you bring: You have at least two years at the front desk of upscale hotels, excellent Italian and English (French is a plus) and have held a category B driving licence for at least three years.
What Hermitage Hotel & Spa offers: You get board and lodging from the hotel, in shared staff accommodation. It is a seasonal contract for winter 2026/27 with a chance of extension, full time in shifts with one day off a week.
About the business: The Hermitage is a five star Relais & Châteaux hotel with 39 rooms and suites in Breuil-Cervinia at the foot of the Matterhorn. Contracts follow the Italian collective agreement for hotels.
