About the job
Your tasks: You run daily restaurant operations, plan rotas and staffing, recruit, control costs and work closely with the head chef and F&B manager. Half your time is on the floor, half on planning and admin.
What you bring: You have solid restaurant and people management experience, ideally from hotels or seasonal operations, a good head for numbers and fluent Swedish and English.
