About the job

Your tasks: As a founding team member you lead service in a new Asian restaurant (Japanese and Chinese cuisine) in the North Lodge on the grounds. You run lunch and dinner service, shape the restaurant's culture together with the Head Chef, own labour and commercial performance and coach your team.

What you bring: You have significant experience leading premium or luxury restaurants, ideally with an Asian or Michelin background. You think commercially, stay calm under pressure and enjoy developing people. Good English is expected.

What The Gleneagles Hotel offers: A permanent full-time position, with the restaurant due to open in spring/summer 2027. Pay is not stated.
