About the job
Your tasks: You handle general maintenance across electrics, plumbing, air conditioning, basic carpentry and furniture, fix technical faults in guest rooms, shared and service areas and carry out preventive maintenance on set plans, including regular checks of critical equipment. With reception, housekeeping and others you set priorities, log work orders and incident reports and help receive materials and keep technical stock. The hotel is on Fuengirola's seafront promenade.
What you bring: Technical training or equivalent professional experience in maintenance, four years of experience in buildings or tourist establishments, practical knowledge of electrics, plumbing and general maintenance. You work independently, solve faults on your own responsibility, coordinate with other departments and use a computer daily for admin tasks.
