About the job
Your tasks: You supervise and take part in the dining room and bar work, organise, coordinate and lead the team including hiring, monitor food safety and hygiene, plan staff, materials and equipment for the department and look after guests.
What you bring: You have at least one year of proven experience in a similar role, deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, valid HACCP and food handler certification, leadership and a service mindset. A high level of Spanish and English is required, other languages are welcome. Banquet and large-event experience and hospitality training are a plus.
What Ibersol offers: A permanent seasonal full-time position with a hotel chain with properties on the Costa Dorada, Costa Brava, in Sitges, on the Costa del Sol and in Valladolid. Pay and housing are not stated, ask the employer directly.
