About the job

Your tasks: You learn cutting techniques, plan menus and courses, check the quality, quantity and price of goods, manage supplies, prepare different dishes and follow the HACCP hygiene standards.

What you bring: A neat appearance, you learn quickly, a good sense of smell and taste, interest in making food, reliability and a sense of responsibility.

What Engel offers you: free living in apprentice shared flats near the hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week, a 13th and 14th salary plus holiday bonuses, two fixed days off per week, a year-round job and a staff gym. Start of the apprenticeship: 1 September 2027.

About the employer: Engel is a family-run hotel in the Tannheimer Tal, since 1748 (Dorfstraße 35, 6673 Grän).
