About the job
Your tasks: Over three years you get to know every station in the kitchen, prepare ingredients, cook and plate dishes and help with breakfast, buffets and à la carte service. You also learn about products, storage and HACCP hygiene rules.
What you bring: You have finished compulsory school, enjoy cooking, work cleanly and stay calm when things get busy. Team spirit, reliability and good German are important.
What Das Karwendel Wellness Zuhause am Achensee offers: Board and lodging are free for you and work clothing is provided. You have a five day week, training, free use of pool and sauna, one spa treatment per month and free bikes. With good grades the hotel pays half or all of the boarding school costs and up to 250 € bonus.
About the business: Four star superior wellness hotel run by the Rieser family in Pertisau at Lake Achensee, a year round position for all three apprenticeship years.
