About the job
Your tasks: You get to know a professional kitchen step by step, chop, cook and plate, help prepare breakfast, set menus and buffets, rotate through the different stations and take care of hygiene, storage and careful handling of food.
What you bring: You have finished compulsory school, are motivated and keen to learn, enjoy teamwork, are reliable and punctual and like working with people and good food.
What Alpinhotel Monte offers: You live for free in your own new staff room and get breakfast, lunch and dinner free of charge, even on days off. There is a common room with kitchen, washing machine and dryer, regular working hours, WiFi, a gym, the Galtür CREW Card and discounts on ski pass and sports card. The apprenticeship usually lasts three years and vocational school is held in blocks.
