Your tasks: You learn the kitchen from scratch: preparing ingredients, cooking sauces, meat, fish and sides, plating dishes and keeping hygiene standards. Over time you help plan menus, cost dishes and handle ordering and storage.
What you bring: At least a basic school leaving certificate, a love of food and cooking, team spirit, care and stamina. Evening and weekend shifts do not put you off.
What Landhaus Sponsel-Regus offers: If you wish, you can live in one of the staff houses in the village, rooms depend on availability. There are no split shifts, days off are planned three weeks ahead and you can do a trial internship first.
