Your tasks: Over three years you work at every station in the kitchen: you prepare starters, mains and desserts, plate dishes, help plan menus, receive goods and store them correctly. Hygiene and clean workflows are part of the job from day one.

What you bring: A school-leaving certificate, real enthusiasm for cooking and fresh food, reliability and team spirit. You are willing to work weekends and public holidays too.

What Hotel Seemöwe offers: A structured apprenticeship with experienced trainers and a room for the duration of your apprenticeship (subject to availability or on request). Meals are provided on site. Good graduates have a chance of being kept on.
