Your tasks: You learn the kitchen from scratch: preparing ingredients, cooking sauces, meat, fish and sides, plating dishes and keeping hygiene standards. Over time you help plan menus, cost dishes and handle ordering and storage.
What you bring: At least a basic school leaving certificate, a love of food and cooking, team spirit, care and stamina. Evening and weekend shifts do not put you off.
What Hotel Erholung Kellenhusen offers: You get accommodation in the village and your meals at the hotel. You work a five day week, with apprentice projects and outings, a company pension and the option of a shorter apprenticeship.
