About the job

Your tasks: In the restaurant on Kaunispää, one of Saariselkä's best-known viewpoints, you welcome skiers, hikers and international travellers, take orders, serve, set up the lunch buffet and salad bar and make sure guests feel at home.

What you bring: A cheerful, guest-focused attitude, initiative, team spirit, stamina on busy season days, the Finnish hygiene passport (hygieniapassi) and good English; an alcohol licence and Finnish are a plus.

What Wilderness Hotels offers you: A season from late November 2026 to about 4 April 2027 in shifts, from €14 gross per hour plus extras, a working-hours bank and ski tracks, slopes and fells right next door. If needed, Wilderness Hotels provides staff housing: clean, fully equipped flats, you basically only need a toothbrush and warm clothes; in winter you share a room with one colleague.

About the company: Nellim Wilderness Hotels and Safaris runs several wilderness hotels in the municipality of Inari (Nellim, Inari, Muotka, Saariselkä), far north of the Arctic Circle, with guests from all over the world and around 400 staff in winter.
