Your tasks: You get to know all departments and then move into the business side: reservations, offers, purchasing, accounting, staff planning and pricing. You learn how a hotel is run economically.

What you bring: A secondary school certificate or A levels, a liking for numbers and computers, good manners, strong communication and organisational skills. Foreign languages are an advantage.

What AktiVital Hotel offers: If you need it, the business provides accommodation. Meals: free. Pay is above the standard rate, with bonuses, a performance bonus from year two and free use of the thermal pool, sauna and gym.

About the business: AktiVital Hotel is a family run house with almost 50 staff in the spa town of Bad Griesbach in the Lower Bavarian spa triangle.
