About the job
Your tasks: You work closely with the reception team, look after guests at check-in and check-out, take reservations, learn the hotel software and handle day to day administrative work.
What you bring: You have completed compulsory school, enjoy contact with people, like taking on responsibility, are a team player and curious about new things.
What Waldhotel Arosa offers: You live in fully furnished staff accommodation at the hotel or in the village with free WiFi and get full board in the staff restaurant. On top come a buddy for your start, contributions to school materials and travel costs, free use of spa, pool and gym, the Arosa Card and internal training. The apprenticeship lasts three years and ends with the Swiss federal certificate (EFZ).
About the business: Waldhotel Arosa is a four star superior hotel right on the ski slope in Arosa, Grisons, and trains one or two commercial apprentices every year.
