About the job
Your tasks: You lead the hospitality team, are responsible for front office, guest relations, night audit and back office, handle guest feedback and complaints, ensure service standards and coordinate with the other departments.
What you bring: You have several years of hotel operations experience (upscale or international), at least three years leading front office or guest relations, and very good German and English.
What Schloss Elmau offers: A permanent full-time position by arrangement in a luxury hotel and cultural venue in the Bavarian Alps (star rating not stated in the ad) with 4,200 euros gross per month above the collective rate, depending on qualifications and experience.
