Your tasks: You keep the guest apartments and common rooms in good shape, do small plumbing and electrical repairs, make sure all installations run safely, help with the grounds and occasionally support logistics such as moving laundry.
What you bring: You have one to two years of experience, solid electrical and building maintenance skills and basic plumbing knowledge. A valid electrical authorisation (BS, BE Manœuvre or equivalent) is required, a category B driving licence is a plus.
