About the job

Your tasks: You lead backcountry tours around Riksgränsen and Narvik, run off-piste guiding within the ski area, work in sport information (service and bookings) and support events, competitions and activities run by the sport department.

What you bring: You hold the Swedish Fjälledarnorm or equivalent, SVELAV Pro 1 or equivalent, valid wilderness first aid training (at least Wilderness Advanced First Aid), a manual-transmission B licence and confident skiing in all terrain. You can get the snowmobile certificate on site early in the season. You are safety-conscious, humble, flexible and helpful and have good references. Guiding experience and a ski instructor qualification are a plus.

What Lapland Resorts offers: Staff housing is available. Pay is not stated, ask the employer directly. Seasonal employment at 80 to 100 percent, start by agreement, the ski area is expected to be open roughly 20 February to 24 May 2027. The application deadline is 30 November 2026.
