Your tasks: You personally look after VIP, loyal and long-stay guests, set up VIP arrangements and treatments, maintain guest profiles and history, sell additional services and work with other departments to uphold guest relations standards.
What you bring: You have hotel training and several years of experience in guest relations or front office, ideally in a 5-star superior hotel, handle demanding guests well, communicate strongly, know PMS and MS Office, are flexible and speak very good German and English.
