About the job
Your tasks: You plan and direct staff and materials, set shift schedules according to occupancy and assign tasks. You manage laundry, linen and amenity stock including orders and inventories, check equipment maintenance, set up the service and oversee general cleaning. You implement quality systems for rooms and common areas, correct deviations promptly, coordinate with the client, plan training and write reports (weekly, monthly).
What you bring: You have training in hotel management or similar, extra training in housekeeping management is a plus. Mandatory: living in Marbella or nearby. Conversational English and experience with hotel software are a plus.
