About the job

Your tasks: You run daily front office operations including room allocation, check-in and check-out, billing, loyalty programme and quality control, welcome and look after guests, handle complaints and lead the reception and doorman teams of about 15 to 20 people. You create shift and holiday plans, hire, train, monitor cash handling and accounting and take Manager on Duty shifts.

What you bring: You have hospitality training, at least one year in a comparable luxury hotel role, strong leadership, very good German and English and an eye for detail. Opera Cloud and Samfex are a plus.
