About the job

Your tasks: You run the club's daily operations and coordinate the operational teams for a consistent guest experience. This covers budgets, forecasts, costs and P&L, VIP table sales and reservations, working with DJs, promoters and entertainment partners on events, building relationships with VIP guests, and recruiting, training and reviewing staff.

What you bring: A degree in hospitality management, business administration, tourism or a related field and three to five years of management experience in premium nightclubs, luxury beach clubs, high-end lounges or entertainment venues. A record of revenue growth, strong VIP service and reservations experience, fluent English and Spanish, skills in budgeting, cost control and Excel. POS and reservation systems are very welcome.
