About the job

Your tasks: You look after guests in the hotel restaurant and run your own station. You check your area daily for cleanliness, completeness and order, do the mise en place and advise on wine, drinks and food. You follow HACCP and quality guidelines and guide commis, apprentices and trainees.

What you bring: You have completed vocational training or are a motivated career changer, plus hospitality experience, ideally in a comparable house. You are a team player, like people, work precisely and stay calm under stress. Sales talent and solid wine knowledge are wanted, and you speak very good German and English.

What Alpenhaus Hotels & Resorts offers: A permanent full-time position from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, in a 5-day week with 45 hours. Salary starts at 2,500 euros gross per month and, according to the ad, is actually well above that, plus 13th and 14th salaries. If needed you get accommodation with bathroom and Wi-Fi and free meals, also on days off.
