About the job
Your tasks: You run your station on your own from prep to plating, follow the recipe sheets and check every plate before it goes out. You keep your station and equipment clean and follow HACCP.
What you bring: Ideally you have kitchen training (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS or similar) and experience in a similar role. You are organised, creative and handle pressure well.
What Hôtel Les Barmes de l'Ours offers: You get staff accommodation from the hotel (or a housing allowance) and your meals. Overtime is paid or given back as time off, your uniform is cleaned, there is a laundry for private clothes and discounts on ski rental. Pay follows the collective agreement and your experience, at 43 hours a week.
