About the job

Your tasks: You assist the Head Chef with food production, cost and portion control and sourcing in line with house policy, and cover for the Head Chef when absent.

What you bring: You are career-driven, passionate and friendly, ideally with a year at Chef de Partie level in a 3 Rosette establishment. Applications in English, and your own transport is recommended.
