About the job
Your tasks: You run the daily operations of the campsite, marina and café kiosk: reception and bookings, administration and budget, purchasing, hiring and training part-time staff, health and safety, marketing and social media, cleaning, café work, maintenance and grounds care. You plan development with the owner.
What you bring: You bring experience in tourism, hospitality or service, a category B licence (BE and a boat licence are a plus), Norwegian or Swedish and good English, German is an advantage. You are comfortable with computers and know grounds care and basic machine upkeep.
What Løvøya Camping offers: During the season you can live in a staff apartment on the campsite, and the employer helps you find housing nearby. Pay is by agreement. The job is permanent and full-time, starting late 2026 or early 2027. Couples are explicitly welcome to apply.
