About the job

Your tasks: You support the General Manager and the Operations Manager in running a small five-star luxury hotel, make day-to-day decisions and keep service and operations together.

What you bring: You are career-driven and people-focused, ideally with a year as Assistant Manager or Assistant Operations Manager in a similar property. Applications must be in English, and your own transport is recommended.

What Isle of Eriska Hotel, Spa & Island offers: A competitive salary (amount not stated) plus tips split monthly through a tronc. Accommodation: live-in in a shared house for a small rent, with electricity, Wi-Fi and heating included. Meals on duty are free, and you get 28 days of holiday, free use of the gym, pool and sports facilities and a weekly shuttle to Oban.
