Costa del Sol: work where winter is mild.
Málaga, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Marbella: hotels, restaurants and service centres here hire all year round. This is where we start, and we show you honestly what to expect.
Sunshine almost all year round.
Even in winter, daytime temperatures are usually 17 to 18 degrees, with almost 3,000 hours of sunshine a year. Nights are cool at 7 to 9 degrees – bring a jacket.

Service, kitchen, reception: hiring all year round.
Most in demand: waiting staff, cooks, kitchen helpers, housekeeping and reception – above all in Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola and Marbella. German speakers also find customer service jobs in international service centres in Málaga.

No job without a roof over your head.
In the region's hotel listings we did not find a single one offering accommodation. Meanwhile rents keep rising: around €16.50 per square metre in Málaga, over €23 in Marbella. A 40-square-metre flat in Málaga costs about €660 a month.
That is exactly why Job & Stay exists: only employers who sort out housing get listed – with a room, a flat or pay that lets you live locally.
